Description Creation of the Papier Mache Forms
 
  • Dress Forms are hand-crafted using papier mache.  
  • Covered in Imported Linen
  • These forms are created to allow dressmakers' pins to remain firmly in place during the draping and/or pattern making.
Standard Features:
    • Collapsible shoulders: allows for the garment to be passed over the body without stretching the fabric
    • Automatic Stands with a black cast iron: allows the dress-maker to adjust the height of the form.
    • Other items included are metal neck caps & egg tops; wire basket, shoulder plates.
